Making an Initial Appointment

You can refer yourself for counselling. Contact me by phone or e-mail requesting an appointment for counselling. If I am unable to take your phone call personally, please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as possible.

I will require a few details from you, including name, address, and contact details to arrange a convenient time for your initial appointment.

Initial appointments are an opportunity for you to discuss your concerns and for us to decide whether counselling is the appropriate support for you at this time, and to ensure that we are comfortable working together.

If, during any appointment, you feel that a different kind of support would be more helpful, I will endeavour to provide you with information to help you find that alternative.
